Orders

• All in stock items on the website are ready to go and will be shipped to you within two working days.

• Any items that are not in stock and have been ordered via email will take longer to be shipped as they are print to order items.

• The timescale for email or print to order items will be discussed individually with the buyer. In these discussions realistic delivery times and postage options will be arranged.

Returns

Big Blue item can be returned within 7 days of receipt, for an exchange or full refund.

If the item you would like to exchange for is not in stock I am able to print one to order but this will take longer and will need to be arranged with BIG blue so that they can give realistic timescales for your item to be delivered.

All returns must be in a re-saleable condition with all labels still attached.

Please use a signed-for service when returning.

All the items listed on the website are hand screen printed so there will be slight variations in colour and marks due to the nature of the printing process.

Big Blue sources ethical, high quality, organic cotton hoodies, sweatshirts and Hoodies, in the hope of providing a more sustainable and environmentally conscious fashion product.

Big Blue will always do it’s best to provide you with high quality products but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase then please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we will do our best to resolve any issue.
